T1’s, performed Antenna Cut-over with Ericsson TDMA, Integrated Nokia BTS.
This contract was involved in Northern Louisiana for complete build-out of
Cingulars’ (SALMS) GSM network. My responsibilities were to install various
configurations, commission upon completion, install/commission LMU unit and
integrate Nokia Ultra sites. During integration process, T1’s were to be
wire-wrapped and tested for link establishment—if any problems occurred
during testing they were to be resolved or determined while on site if
possible with MSC/BSC for proper diagnosis. Integration also did involve
Antenna share cabling with Antenna cutover- As Nokia GSM were to Transmit and
Receive while providing RX/Div RX to Ericsson TDMA--in some cases Ericsson
TDMA provided Div RX to Nokia GSM as a temporary solution to insufficient
amount of hard lines available to complete cutover. Perimeters were
also to be temporarily set through Nokia ROC for necessary testing during the
integration process and custom settings to BTS were made to compensate
(MHA/LNA) hardware installed on pre-existing hard lines. All other tasks
involved in this Market were very similar to previous contracts. 5/2009
- 7/2009 Nokia Flexi Integrator · Responsible for Removal of Nortel BTS
and Hot Swap with Nokia BTS as well as installation of new RF
jumpers/Connector with passing sweep results using Anritsu. BTS was
completely assembled in a Rack and Stack then delivered to field integrators

Network. In some cases cabinets were not configured to match the Data-fill
and as a result I had to quickly disassemble and reassemble to correct the
